Monday- Thursday ............ $ 300.00
(7 hrs OR hourly rates)
Friday ................... $ 400.00 (10 hours)
Saturday ………$ 500.00 / 550.00 (7 hours)
(early afternoon til 4pm / evening planning til midnight)
Sunday ........... $ 500.00 (10 hours)

* Special events requesting all weekend or entire building use (both rooms), please email for special pricing.
* Rates subject to change during the year at any time.
* Refundable Deposit of $100.00 due upon signing, NOT part of your room rate.
* 45 day cancellation notice to received full deposit.

*ID required upon signing, must be over 21 years of age
